Our company was founded here in Bremen by Consul Friedrich Undütsch on 01.11.1900.

Bremen has always been our base. Subsidiaries and affiliates have been established worldwide. Our first overseas activities were in Latin and Central America; like many long-standing Bremen companies, F. Undütsch started off as an importer of coffee from Central America.

As early as 1913, the focus switched to the Middle East, where the first branch was opened in Teheran in 1928. Offices in Baghdad, Bahrain, Kabul and other cities were then added.

During the start-up and expansion years, everything the respective market required was offered for sale and supplied.

After World War II, we began to concentrate on products and solutions to meet special wishes of customers. We are now a leading enterprise in the field of education, training and schools, as well as the export of quality assurance technologies and laboratory equipment.
